The Nature of Information

It seems as if the nature of information was constructed such as to prevent its transmission. To convey a piece of intuitive information requires the transmission of a complex set of background information that is oftentimes contradictory and easily perceived as hypocritical. It is perhaps best that the only ones who may transmit information which is easily believed to be experts, but perhaps a more effective method is to freely convey information, allowing for rapid transmission, correction an adaptation.
